A. Service Providers

  • Payments are processed through a third-party payment processor, currently Stripe, which processes payment information in accordance with its own privacy policy.
  • The Platform may utilize AI-powered third party technologies, including Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to generate analytical outputs and reports based on user-provided inputs and data. These tools are used solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services.
  • User data and generated reports may be stored on cloud infrastructure services provided by Amazon Web Services, including services such as S3 and RDS databases.

B. Legal Compliance

We may disclose personal information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

C. Business Transfers

If the Company undergoes a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction.

Data Processing Role

In certain circumstances, the Company may process personal information on behalf of its customers in connection with the Services provided through the platform. In such cases, the Company acts as a data processor or service provider, while the customer remains the data controller responsible for determining the purposes and means of processing personal information.

The Company will process such personal information only in accordance with the instructions of the customer and the applicable Terms of Service Agreement.
